DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Hailey serves as the Operations Manager for the Search7Cities Team, overseeing all of the daily operations of the team. Being from a military family, she has a heart to serve military service members and their families. Hailey enjoys being bold by going out of her comfort zone to try new things, and go beyond what is expected. She thrives off of building relationships that transcend the dreaded small talk, and loves collaborating with people to come up with new, effective systems and strategies that add value to people’s lives. Hailey loves being outdoors and spending time with her husband Colton curled up watching movies! She is passionate about interior design, and spends much of her free time gaining knowledge in that industry!
