Ann Arnesen is a senior mortgage banker who has been helping her clients achieve their dreams of owning a home since 2005. With over 14 years of experience, Ann has assisted more than 1,500 families throughout the loan process. From young couples starting their families to single moms to investors, she finds the loan program that fits every homebuyer’s individual needs. Many of her clients become repeat customers and recommend Ann to friends and family.
She says, “I am most proud of the families I have helped. Many of my clients don’t realize how attainable homeownership is until having that initial conversation with me. My mission is to help my clients get to the closing table step-by-step, while assuring them that I am a resource they can count on. I take pride in being upfront, honest, and transparent every step of the way.”
Ann graduated with honors from American InterContinental University, where she earned her associate degree in business administration. She’s been recognized as a Five Star Mortgage Professional for seven years in a row (2012-2018) and is a recipient of VHDA’s Top Producing Loan Officer Award (2017-2019). Ann resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, Ken, and their blended family of 4 kids. When she’s not assisting homebuyers, she enjoys being a soccer mom, golfing, and playing with her puppy.
